Running it single-handed has one obvious trade-off, and it is worth being upfront about it. James can only be in one place at a time, so he cannot always start next week. Lime on lime backgrounds, gypsum where gypsum belongs, breathable systems on historic fabric and modern render systems where exposure demands them. It costs more to do it properly and it saves a great deal more later.
A site you can live with
Floors and furniture sheeted, doorways sealed where dust would travel, tools cleared at the end of each day and every bag of waste taken away. You should not be cleaning up after a tradesman.

How far will you travel?

What are your working hours?
Generally Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6pm, with Saturdays by arrangement. Where a job needs to fit around a tenancy changeover or a business that is still trading, James will work to what the situation actually requires.
